Gurpreet Deol is a seasoned leader in the banking industry with over a decade of working in various leadership capacities. He is an aspiring leader, innovator, and strategic thinker who believes strongly in continuous learning and leveraging change. With considerable expertise in banking, specifically in building dynamic teams, promoting a supportive and collaborative team culture, and establishing strong branding, Gurpreet remains dedicated to building an organization with exceptional culture and vision that is uniformly guided by clear Mastery, Autonomy, and Purpose.

Outside of work, Gurpreet and his wife Amandeep are proud parents of three beautiful girls. He is a devoted community ambassador who believes strongly in making a social impact in many different areas. In his free time, Gurpreet loves to spend time golfing or reading about upcoming technologies, digital innovation, and start-ups.

Harjit is a well-balanced, passionate and focused individual invested in continual growth and development. With 21+ years of banking experience, she has coached, led, and elevated teams of 20+ employees. As a champion for women, students, and new immigrants, Harjit is passionate about mentoring others in their pursuit of career growth and success. Her biggest accomplishments are her two best friends, her children, whom she has raised to be independent all on her own. Harjit loves to spend time with family and friends, and when a good beat drops, she promises to meet you on the dance floor.

If there were two words to describe Kam Rukhra, it would be Heart and Hustle. He’s driven by his Heart, anytime he meets an individual or family and learns their story, he cannot help but immerse himself into their journey. This inspires his Hustle, which is how he takes on the responsibility to ensure his clients will reach their goals of homeownership.

He takes pride in the life-long relationships he’s built with his clients. Their trust in him has allowed him to help their friends, family, and coworkers also achieve their home-ownership goals. This has helped Kam accumulate layers of experience and achieve top producer accolades in the process. However, his life’s biggest award is his cheerleaders at home, his beautiful wife, children, and friends & family. Kam believes it's important to hustle hard, but also party hard, so if you ever see him out and about, don’t hesitate to say hi and join him for a drink!
